Traveling the ‘Civilized’ Flanaess

Traveling from Greyhawk to Chendle, do you think a party would have to ‘rough it’ ever?
Does anybody disagree with the idea that such a journey could be made by well-maintained roads with enough inns along the way so that a party would not be forced to camp in the wilderness?

Only if they want to stay off road, I suppose. You've got the main artery going to northwest to southeast to go around the Horned Society so I'd imagine well-patrolled wayside culture all over the place. Unless there's some particulars you've cooked up.
