These groups:
Nomads-Blackmoorites-Rovers-Fists-Barbarians should have at least (in the case of the Suel) some select bonus gods as well.
The Nomads and Rovers have all this animal crap in there societies they might have a few shared common era nomad gods.

I can't see the northern Suel barbarians' pantheon resembling the old Suel pantheon. Maybe a god or two, but the cultures are so radically different. In my view, the older Oeridian pantheon resembled the Norse/Germanic pantheon, with the Germanic twist. I think the Suel may have adopted members of this pantheon and the barbarians of the north have a pantheon similar to the Norse. I would lump the Fists in here as well, leaning towards the evil side. I'd need to ponder Blackmoor a bit. Maybe some weird Lovecraftian thing. The Rovers and Nomads would be Flan with some Baklunish mixed in in the western areas.

In Blackmoor, since the "Cold Marshes" are the majority of the "land" that limits the nomads to the plains around Dantredun but its still a whopping 11% chance of "Men, nomads".
So there might be a distinct tribe there as well to consider as a somewhat separate group's culture. That could be in addition to whatever the Blackmoor "civs" have as gods.

Some of the Suel gods would have made it, but many of the gods from a magic heavy civilized state would probably be left by the wayside.
