According to the Acaeum, the 1995 modules "Dancing Hut of Baba Yaga" and "The Labyrinth Of Madness" were originally slated as modules S-5 and S-6 for first edition; yet the authors listed are Lisa Smedman and Monte Cook (respectively), who were not there during 1E if I recall correctly. At any rate, does anybody have the story on these two modules?

I'd ask at the Acaeum forums, but I'm not registered, and it isn't motivation enough to get me to register. Doesn't look acurate though. 2E was released in 89. Monte started at TSR in '94. Maybe the outlines/ideas was there, and they gave it to Monte and told him to do something with it.

BTW, since there is nothing really Greyhawk about either of these two adventures, I'm moving this thread to general.

Sorry---I was torn on where to place it; the off-chance that someone from the original 1E group at TSR prompted my decision to put it where I did. I wondered whether or not perhaps Roger Moore had started the Baba Yaga module and then abandoned it during the "turmoil"... ^__^

No problem, amigo. Who knows. Things just get too shady during that time period.
