What are the differences in durability between wooden and metal shields in AD&D, and do you have a ref. pg. Thanks. Oh, and I assume they might save diff. for magical attacks?

Durability isn't an issue in 1E. The only difference between wod and metal is what types of special attacks they are suseptable to, e.g. warp wood, heat metal, rust monsters, etc. Scott
