Has anybody developed their own areas off the campaign map? I really haven't. I ran Isle of Dread, and placed it south of the map, and I kinda loosely noted that Frank's campaign area was to the east, but that's about it.

Well, I placed Frank's Aquaria to the east, and the Kara tur stuff beyond the western ocean; but in all honesty I've had more "other planar" adventures than "other continental"... ^__^

From my view anything that I did for my campaign, I did to entertain my own ideas so I would usually not even make it to meet the GH concepts. Those HS hierarchs are probably the farthest thing from the Hierarchs mentioned in the HS entry text for example.
Recently, I've separated my "unGreyhawk" parallels into the background that I'm working on for a world merged with all my recent concepts. I don't think it'll ever be published as a setting but I plan to publish the adventures as having that background.
The setting that I had in the forum games a while back (The City of Ogygia) is part of that world but is a geographically separate from the antics in the video clips "Blackthrush/Skulldon/Bravesword" which is NE from that locale and across a great sea.

In all honesty, I did a few "non-Greyhawk" things, but in general I kept it Greyhawk for large groups for continuity's sake. "Woodstock" could tell you a few stories... ^__^
