I'm finishing up A DAY LIKE THIS by Kelley McNeil. The premise reminds me of an episode from THE TWILIGHT ZONE or CBS RADIO MYSTERY THEATER. After being in a car accident, a woman wakes up to find out her daughter doesn't exist. No one else even remembers her daughter. She tries to figure out what is going on... My main criticism is that this premise, while intriguing, isn't enough to support an entire novel. I think it would have been wrapped up better in a short story similar to a three act episode on RMT. Still, I love a weird tale with a mystery like this and this has been an enjoyable read.
