I was re-reading these in the GH Glossography yesterday. Quest of the Mist Golem was OK, but I think I like The Werewolves of the Menowood the best. Heck, maybe I'll develop the scenario/story to the tune of Underworld. Imagine a PC group walking into a Lycan/Vampire war!!! ;D Have any of you used any of those adventures in your GH campaigns??

The Mist Golem is the one I would probably be most interested in developing. It's such a pulpy set up.

honestly, haven't thought about them in years except that I didn't think at the time that I got the boxed set (1983) that it was anything more than something that I didn't particularly want as they didn't have details that came with these game things.
Looking at it now, and thinking about considering it ove rthe years, I think that the only reason that I'd wanted to use them would be for some Greyhawk validity but as they were sketchy it didn't happen. (I think my brother used one though).
The way that I see it now If Gary didn't think they were good enough for a separate published adventure then why bother with it?

From Gene's other thread, re: Gary Memorial game . .
I've having thoughts (I know that's bad), but Gene, how about using The Werewolves of the Menowood adventurer and make your players have to be gnomes who are being threatened and must take up arms and illusions to battle the lycanthropes.
Mebbe, it's just me, but I think you could develop this into something fun and possibly a bit hilarious if you wanted too.
And you have a chance to use Garl Glittergold!!! ;D
