Hi everybody, are there any official max. data in AD&D 1e, other than abilityscores? For example: maximum AC (I think I've heard AC -10 is maximum) maximum hps ( I think I've heard 400 hps) maximum to hit/ to dmg of magic weapons (is +6 the maximum?) best "ThAC0" (I know, for PCs there is an official Combat-matrix) maximum Character-Level ... Thank you for your attention

Maximum AC is -10, maximum listed to hit for magic weapons is +6 (but I have a +7 Saintly Avenger floating around my world--any more than that is really over-kill!), and maximum HP listed is 400, though I double that of deities when they are on their own plane/stronghold.

Thank you. Do you know where I can find, that -10 is max. Armorclass?

It's not really the 'official' max. It's just the best AC the tables consider. While the rules do state that 10 is the worst possible, there is no mention of a limit on the other end of the spectrum.

Hmmm.... I never considered that. With the DMG giving a conversion factor of AC -8 (I think) to Powered Assault Armor in tech settings, anything beyond AC -10 would have to be "hard to hit/damage" indeed!
