Let's say there are two groups about to enter combat and neither is surprised. One has missile fire weapons ready and the other side has melee weapons and are charging and can make it there this round. The side with missile fire wins initiative, and shoots their first arrows. My question is, does the side that wins initiative get to shoot their remaining arrows (or other missile weapons if more than can be fired in a round) before the other side can charge into them and get melee attacks? Or does the charging melee attack spoil/interrupt the remaining missile fire attacks?
The way I have been doing it is to have second and remaining missile fire attacks go at the end of the round.

I call it based on the circumstances. If distance is greater than 10’ they always get one shot. If the distance is short than normally just one attack. If it’s longer than I will let initiative decide, so if the win initiative they would get both shots. If it’s closer to max movement rate than I would give both shots.
