I wanted to see Elvis 2 weeks ago and now I'm being forced into going to see Thor.
That is the tell on my ability to make time for games. What is the ideal day for online games?

One of the nice things about online games is it's not the investment for most players to get ready and be there. Since all you have to do it look presentable (optional) and park your ass in front of your computer, you can get away with shorter sessions, which can work on any night. Longer sessions are probably still best on Friday nights, Saturdays, or Sunday afternoons.

I've been thinking about streaming some sessions in different editions. no plans for long term campaigns at this point, just some examples of different editions. I've been restocking my OD&D dungeon level 1 to prep for the first game if anybody is interested.

I came back and it was a mental wrestling match to punch out the clock, of course. The con games were alright but I want to run something more ongoing instead of the rush.

I am no fan of con games. If I run anything it will be home campaign style. I didn't want anybody to feel obligated for the long haul to join. If there's interest and it picks up momentum I'll keep it going.

Also, I Would like to run them like EGG anticipated, not just the same party all the time, so if somebody tries it out and drops out, no big hit to the campaign.

My favorite day for online games is Sunday, the earlier in the day the better. I'm free most weeknights, but I dislike late-running games more as I get older.
