AKA, throwing rocks. Apparently it’s a crime. The guy who got arrested for throwing rocks at cars on the Parkway was charged with, among other things, 10 counts of propulsion of a missile and 10 counts of risking a catastrophe.

The slow wheels of justice. This morning (more than two years after his arrest) the perp was sentenced to five to ten years in prison for 10 counts each of aggravated assault, risking catastrophe, propulsion of missiles, and recklessly endangering another person.

I guess they got there in the end..?
And is there a way to "endanger another person" legally, or at least un-recklessly? Somehow I doubt it... ;D

Judge Dredd would've handled this perp quickly and effectively.

Dredd was an old favorite of mine. I used to have pretty complete collection of the 2000 AD books. And then I sold them. A second Dredd movie is in pre-production I believe. 2000 AD is doing this one.
