I think all of the back orders were shipped out this past Monday or Tuesday. I haven't got mine yet, but if that's the case it could be here any day.

Thanks for your support, gentlemen. Gary and I have been working hard. Semi-retirement my ass, Gary will never change. He's been on a creative tear lately!

Initial thoughts: I got one of the signed and numbered copies. I didn't know they were still available when I ordered mine, so it was a nice surprise. The trolls threw in a booklet of C&C PC reference sheets. They are designed to mimic the old gold AD&D sheets. I haven’t really looked at them yet. The Gazetteer: 24 pages. There’s nothing really useful to me, a lot of entries that appear to be shorter versions of the Yggsburgh entries, and the new material lacks in flavor. The Mouths of Madness adventure is good stuff. There are some annoying bits that make it feel like a 'we need to get something out quick' release (the numerous 'to be detailed in a future installment' references, but overall I think it's probably some of the best low level adventure material I've read. The maps are pretty cool, very functional. I hated some of the stylized maps TLG have used in the past.

More on the Mouths of Madness: There’s nothing groundbreaking in the majority of the adventure material, lots of classic low level critters with a Caves of Chaos feel. The tone is very Gygaxian, but the text gets a little flowery at times. We are also finally introduced to some of the elements of EGG’s home campaign that we’ve heard about for so long.
