All the sub-areas of a particular K/S will have the same STEEP number correct?
You don't add to Lock-Picking, you add to Criminal Activities, Physical, and you have the same STEEP for all sub-areas?
There are no weapons of proficiency, Your chance to hit is the same with every weapon within a certain K/S?
