This whole board is lost in the Abyss, but feel free to make yourself feel more at home. Scott

So.... We got the Zayene (Xaene) series which fills in some Great Kingdom information, we got Part 1 of the Dark Druids series which was in the Gnarley Forest originally, we got the Garden of the Plantmaster, which ties into Kyrruhn and the Lost City of the Elders (and thus to WG5), and now we're gonna get Castle Greyhawk. What's next on the "wish list"??

More of the Dark Quest series. The eight-pointed star. The Lost City of Elders. Gary's first two attempts at releasing the EEG fell through. Maybe an adventure from EGG where the EEG finially gets released. An EGG planer adventure. Scott

I like those choices! ^__^ I have pestered both Gary and Rob about an EEG adventure; Gary wasn't really into it anymore, and Rob has too many other projects. But we can still hope...

We brought this up elsewhere, but I put a hidden shrine to the EEG (just like the two in the G-D series) in a sub-level of The Temple of Elemental Evil in my campaign just as Gary had one in his. If any character ever makes it that far...

So when's MythusMage going to acquire the rights to DJ so I can start looking forward to seeing some new support material there? Scott

It would be really cool if he could pull that off, because that game truly was fun1 I haven't seen him on the "regular" boards of late--have you?

Nope, but he's always been an irregular poster. Scott

To my earlier list I would like to add the sequel to the Lost City of Gaxmoor. Actually, I worked with Ernie on the original, and was thinking about asking him if I could just go ahead and try writing it myself since it doesn't look like him and Luke will ever get around to it. Scott

Yeah... Gary said that they were both having their time devoured by other concerns right now. When I was doing the factory thing, I could relate... I made both of the lads autograph my copy when i picked it up. BTW, Gaxmoor was originally set in Greyhawk too--where was it? I can't remember and it bugs me!

Regarding my earlier request to run a Mythus game. Unhallowed or Changeling would work too if you would prefer one of those systems, but I'd like to start working on my full practicioner. Scott

I still have the original notes with the exact locations, but I'll have to dig those out. Originally it was a borderland town of the old Oeridian Empire. I changed it to one of the first towns founded by the Oeridians after the migrations, palced it in Sunndi, changed the patron god from Fharlanghn to Pholtus, and had Zayene responsible for bringing the city back. My first character was a thief from Ys, and my second was a wandering partial-practitioner priest from Nippon(hijiri) who had fled to Aeropa to escape inazuka (arranged marriage), as that would have interfered with his devotion to Amaterasu (Sunlight). They hooked up with my friend's HP's: a mercenary from Francia and a Full Practitioner Dweomercraefter of Elemental School. By the time we were through, we had six other players in MYTHUS, four of us in Unhallowed and four in Changeling. Without fail, all gave up AD&D gladly to play the DJ system (a) for a change of pace and (b) for the detail and versatility the characters had. The original guy and I still get together for AD&D every "blue moon" or so, just for old-times sake (we both started in the 70's), but we both love MYTHUS. When the Castle gets going, I'm going to run him and a couple of newer players through it with new characters just so we can say we finally did it! ^__^

I picked up the reference to "The Far Wanderer"--was that Ernie's doing? I know Luke was the Pholtus guy in Gary's campaign. The Zayene angle sounds good...

I believe most of the old Greyhawk references were Ernie's doing, or possibly Gary's since he contributed some to the developement as well. Scott

I'd like to see Rob's version of the Wild Coast, perhaps with an adventure set in that region. Or, as his version is now called, the "Barbarian Coast," of which he showed a map some time ago. Does anyone know if this was ever finished, and/or if it was published?
Also, Gary or Gary and Rob were once working on a supplement called "Wasp's Nest" which detailed the City of Stoink in the World of Greyhawk. Since it is a rather lawless bandit city, I have always thought this would be an interesting setting to place adventures in or near, and I have always wondered as to Gary's (and Rob's) vision of such a setting. I was picturing something bigger than Nulb, but similar in flavor. It seems like a good setting in which good characters could run into trouble, get robbed and waylaid, get into tavern brawls, and be "outlaws" but still be considered Good-aligned.
Also, I'd like to see more on Gary and Rob's ideas about their visions of the planes, since I've always been curious how they would look if developed by them. Some extra-planar adventures would be very fun and interesting.
