Everything is great that is until you have to take a good look. Yesterday, I was having a memorial retrospective of Olivia Newton-John and then I noticed she either wasn't singing or at least wasn't singing fully. ( I noticed this a few years ago with Kurt Cobain and it panned out that he was singing over a track to get that overlayed voice which you can tell in "Unplugged". A few years ago, everyone was slogging on a female singer {I forgot her name} that was exposed as singing over a track on Saturday Night Live.} Its weird that I kind of always thought of Olivia as this genuinely nice person with simple origins in the Australian outback, or some notion like that, but hearing that she was just another bleach blonde London brat with an aggressive mom really just pooped the well. What the hell? Can't I have anything?

It's never a good idea to idealize celebrities, but we all do it sometimes. I watched the clip from GREASE of "You're The One That I want" and that still holds up as good as ever!

Yeah, that I thought was a great combo but the weird Hollywood road she went on afterwards trying to rekindle the Grease "lightning" with Travolta in 80's cheese keyboard sound was a low moment.
