Several years ago, I bought a bunch of old Judges Guild adventures and supplements. Judges Guild has a certain mystique for me, as I always used to hear about it in the 1980's but seldom got to see or play it. A lot of OD&D players a bit older than me (who started in the 70's rather than the early 80's like me) loved Judges Guild. Since I'm starting up a new, live AD&D game set in the World of Greyhawk everything is on the table as far as usable ideas. The Treasure Maps series looks promising for some short scenarios easily inserted into any campaign world. Any other opinions on the best things to use from Judges Guild? I've always heard City State of the Invincible Overlord is a classic but also sort of wacky and dated to its era. I've heard Dark Tower, Tegel Manor and Caverns of Thracia are the great classic adventures of JG. Opinions? Any other great modules or supplements to call out? They have a lot of village, castle and temple maps -- as well as many random charts -- that look instantly usable, which is nice.
A bonus question is: where would you put these adventures in the World of Greyhawk? I already mentioned that WITCHES COURT MARSHES would fit in the Rushmoors. VERBOSH could be placed along one of the many rivers in the Flanaess, and perhaps used for an existing city -- Verbobonc, perhaps?

I like to read City State and Wilderlands, but never grabbed me enough to want to use. I do like Dark Tower, Tegel Manor and Caverns of Thracia. Dark Tower could be in any out of the way hilly place, but I liked the northern Hestmark Highlands. I think the intro to Thracia mentions jungle, so I considered placing it in the northern Amedio. Being set along the coast, and with the number of knights in the family I thought western Relmor Bay or maybe along the Keoland coast.

I had a "newer" version of "City State", from the late 80s I believe, and it was overdeveloped in feel. I saw a copy of the original and it was very different. More straight forward and simple.
