Recommended! Saw this last night, good popcorn-munching animated comics-fan fun...great to see another Stan Lee cameo...stay until after credits are finished!

This had some flavor of ‘’Baby Driver’ (2017), which I also enjoyed.

I heard very good things about this movie but haven't got around to seeing it yet. Up until now, DC animated has been far superior to any Marvel animated, but if this movie is as decent as everyone says it is, that is very promising. The premise of a Spider-Verse seems gonzo, but there is potential for humor and deep character interaction here, and it's not something they've done before. They did the Spider-clones back in the 90's but that was different. I'm an old Spider-Man fan from way back when they had the first clones in the mid-70's which is when I started buying comic books.

I loved this. It handled the whole multiverse premise in a brilliant way. It also made me like Miles Morales for the first time. I didn't dislike him before, I was just indifferent. I thought it was just lazy writing to say: what if in an alternate universe Spider-Man was half-black and half-Hispanic? I'm all for diversity, but that approach seems lame. Why not come up with brand new characters instead of riding on the coat-tails of established ones all the time? But this version of Miles Morales, as well as Spider-Gwen and the other alternate versions of Spider-Man in this movie, won me over. It was a lot of fun!
