I like RPG's a lot! I was very fortunate to at least have a 'brief conversation' with the late & great E. Gary Gygax before he departed this world, and I've made it a point to play some form of RPG every weekend since! The last email I received from Gary was on a Friday afternoon, and he told me that he was "off for a weekend of gaming". He was surely a great DM, if there ever was one. There are Goblins in all sorts of games & movies, but the Goblins I RPG with can only barely tolerate each other, much less any outsiders. They've been known to eat a member or two of their own family during hard times or if their family member is too annoying. The main problem I have with D&D and AD&D is how long it takes to get a game started. I've always argued that it's best to streamline your RPG to where you can focus on the 'Storyline' instead of complex 'Rules'. You just have to stop & remember what makes playing RPG's fun! I have some suggestions on my blog: solunsblog.blogspot.com/2011/06/blog-post.htmlSolun
