I enjoyed Allan's review and commentary very much. What did the rest of you guys think of it?

Well I enjoyed it, but I don't actually have a copy of UW as yet, so much more than that I can't say!

I still haven't read it since the site is blocked from my work network, and I keep forgetting to look at it at home.

Here's my 14 page review of the review... Seriously, its a big informative review that correlates data which looks accurate at a glance. I would have left out references to recent fare of the past twenty five years or so but its a very positive approach. Of course, much of that stuff i already developed an emotional attachment of disappointment like 2e/3e/D20 material having bought so much of it just to have it "sit there", etc.. That stands separate from DM who wants to recycle some of that stuff. I'm sure you can take the maps from half of those and make something out of it but with these "biggy dungeons" being so bland in the first place, I figure why promote the name at the table of something that is going to be mostly your own? You can just use your own map and feel better about it. Anyway, overall its an opinionated review with multiple references kind of hard to give a general review of the review.
