There are archival material stores online where you can get binding "tape", neutral pH glue, acid-neutralizing sprays, etc. I have inuldged myself in some of these! ^__^

I'm not really aware of what all thats for. Is it just to stop the breakdown of the glue? Or is it to stop "hand sweat" or something?

It's partly to resist acid from some grades of paper (mostly found in your standard mass market paperbacks!) At any rate, it repairs books nicely! GT, the Anti-Nihilist of the Printed Word

I just bought a copy of the DVD White Dwarf archive 1977 - 1987 today. mbassoc of dragonsfoot forum fame had 3 for sale, a remnant from 2 years ago judging by his links to said forum. I deliberated for a short time, then decided to splurge the required amount via "Buy It Now"- £35, or roughly $70 US, inc p&p.
Just checked, and the other 2 went in the last few hours, so I'm very pleased. I still have some of the first WD magazines in my attic, so I'll be able to leave them be now!

Just picked up my mint copies of the DMG and MM2 today, and they're really nice. The pages of the DMG aren't the glossy white ones of my original, but as it's falling to bits I'm more than happy!
