I did not, Allan, and I was keeping an eye out for his name on the name tags. I did not see him listed on game schedule, either. I did stop by the booth for Hippocampus books and checked out a few of the books you mentioned, but I haven't bought any yet. The Faig book looked to be a rather in-depth study of Lovecraft's ancestry. Another book I was checking out was HIS OWN MOST FANTASTIC CREATION: STORIES ABOUT H. P. LOVECRAFT (2022) edited by S. T. Joshi, which is evidently an anthology of stories with HPL appearing as a character. I have mixed feelings about this device, but if done well can be somewhat entertaining, such as in PROVIDENCE by Alan Moore or "The Space-Eaters" by Frank Belknap Long.

I don't mean the spooky side, the stuffy side of town was olde New England. Oh yeah, he was all about the colonial architecture. When I walk around Providence, I think "HPL walked all of these streets and intensely studied all of these houses." Anytime I see gables, dormers, monitor roofs, gambrel roofs, etc. I know it was a house that HPL stared at. Around where 454 Angell Street was, I snapped a few photos of houses that would have existed during his lifetime and earlier. I'll try to get my photos up here in the next few days.
