Has anyone ever used a Ralishaz cleric, cleric/thief, or cleric/assassin as a potential NPC party member or adversary?
How did you or would you play out the Ralishaz (the Unlooked for) aspects {chance, randomness, bad luck, misfortune, madness; patron of gamblers and those who take unusual risks} within a campaign party or as an adversary?
I was thinking about creating a NPC that could either adventure with, or be a party adversary or both, and am interested to hear ideas? I am thinking of making this NPC a wood (sylvan) elf?
The PC human magic-user is a follower of Zagyg, so I am interested in keeping some chaos fomenting and experienced by the party. How would you all characterize Ralishaz's followers versus Zagyg's followers? Any rivalry or relationship between these deities and their followers or not? What about Boccob's relationship to Ralishaz? Norebo's relationship to Ralishaz? Olidammara's relationship to Ralishaz?

Its similar but one is direct chaos (Ralishaz) and the other is extremely obtuse and specific (Zagyg)
I don't know this is how I could roleplay some clerics on a belief system ideal level:
Ralishaz is chaos as a purposeful purposeless theory where it all comes around... maybe... but who cares? Break it all and let somebody else sort it out. Just run and do something else. There is more to life than safety but I'm going to get nice and cozy here for a while. Don't even think about asking for a hand up if you're boring maybe if no one is looking I might even... not today.
Zagyg is an extremely elaborate setup for a joke that doesn't make any sense whatsoever as a joke. No irony. Nothing. All the mindless death and/or heroics exist to serve endlessly new expressions of odd ideas which are the true mana of the universe. Adventurers are the fertilizer to the ever-growing dangerous tree of adventure. Help them? Does it progress the dynamics? Maybe! This time.
