And today would be the Colonel's birthday. I'll have to get a game of some kind in and drink a gin and tonic to celebrate.

I made my birthday congratulations to EGG on Facebook.
Question Scott: Was gin and tonic Gary's favorite? Is it your favorite? Or both?

I drink gin and tonics, and martinis. Gary drank more gin drinks than I. He put gin in stuff that I prefer vodka in. Here's one of his drinks:
Zagyg's Summer Cooler 1 tall 10 ounce glass fill glass one-quarter with ice, add 3 oz. gin 1 oz. triple sec stir gently fill remainder of glass with cold orange juice garnish with a sprig of mint
Zagig's Summer Cooler uses vodka instead of gin. I prefer the vodka version.

Didn't you once say Bombay Sapphire was his favorite gin? I know he also was very fond of French Bordeaux and a bottle of Margaux made an appearance in a Gord story.
What is the difference between Zagyg and Zagig?
And for that matter, who was the Zagy mentioned in the DMG?
Are these three separate characters?

Yeah, Bombay was definitely his favorite. You must be getting rusty. Zagig and Zagyg are the same character. Zagig became Zagyg when he attained god-hood. As far as Zagy, Xagy, atc. Who knows. Probably, but I never thought to ask.
