Just started watching a British anthology show about slightly in the future sci-fi which from what I heard sounded bad but I gave it a chance. It actually was pretty interesting. The second episode's dystopian future with African-British actor (Daniel Kaluuya) was really good. Its only 3 episodes a season so it won't waste much time to check out.

This was an old recommendation that I never got around to watching. I'll have to bump it up the list.

Yeah, I recently heard an interview about it, I think on NPR, where I think it was described something like the spiritual successor of the original Twilight Zone, thematically updated for the digital age.

I had an ex-gf who totally swore by this show, back before it was widely available in the US (she bootleg-streamed it from the UK). By the time it became available on US Netflix we were no longer on speaking terms which put me off the show. It's been long enough now I could probably give it a chance, but I've got tons of other unwatched media in the queue ahead of it.

In addition to the above mentioned episode in Season One:
The first episode features the actor who played the Frankenstein Monster/Caliban/John Clare in PENNY DREADFUL (2014-2016), who was just incredible in that part, as the Prime Minister and I can see how some people might have watched this and thought it too much.
The third episode features Domhnall Gleason (from the new STAR WARS trilogy "General Hux"; the Hacker in "DREDD" (2012); the reporter in EX MACHINA (2015) and the Captain in THE REVENANT (2015)) as a husband who dies and "comes back".

Oops I left out the Frankenstein monster actor's name: Rory Kinnear who is the real life son of Veruca Salt's father (actor Roy Kinnear) from WILLIE WONKA AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY (1971)

I watched an episode of this last night with Anthony "Marvel's The Falcon" Mackie and it was really good. SPOILER it was about getting involved in (video) games.

Warning this was offputting as well. Not recommended for kids.
