The Lake Geneva Gaming Convention IV is scheduled for June 20-22. I am going to make this one. I'd like to make it for the porch party at Gary's on Thursday as well (the 19th). Who else is planning on attending?

I'll be there, barring an unforeseen sickness or nationwide stock crash...

I got permission from the wife; now all I gotta do is call Tony (Woodstock). This year, Gene, "the gang" gets together for beer/absinthe and serious discussion at our motel/hotel room! ^__^

Yes, but only if the proper summoning is used... An unopened pack of polyhedrons with crayon consecrated with 3 parts Red Bull/ 1 parts Guinness then thrown into a brazier of tobacco all while chanting "From the land where Cooks and Greenwoods fear, I bid you Weigel now appear!"

Still up in the air, but I certainly would like to be there. Gary's porch parties are not to be missed, especially when the Father of the Game makes a big batch of his spicy beans.

It’s like getting caught looking at some bad porn. “It didn’t even turn me on, honey, see?” Damn Rhuvein and his tabloids. He didn’t even try to blackmail me with it.

I guess I should--it'd be great if we could get Gary to run in it... maybe I'll e-mail him today about that!

It would be great to have EGG run something. It's a great system that doesn't get the recognition that it deserves due to the circumstances. But given the demand for an OD&D dungeon crawl, and promoting LA, I'd say the chances were mighty low, but you've surprised me before, so go for it.

He doesn't talk about it much anymore, due to focus on LA and the fact the IP is owned by WoTC (and thence Hasbro and thence Milton Bradley... ^__^), but we creators in the system still share a code phrase: "The Cadillac of gaming!" I still throw that one out to Gary each year for a chuckle...
